What are your hours of operation?

United Refrigeration and Air Conditioning offices are open Monday through Friday (holidays excluded), from 7:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m.

What happens if my refrigeration of cooking equipment malfunctions after business hours?

Our emergency service technicians are available 24 hours a day, by calling toll free: 661.324.4727.

What are your service area?

We sell, install, service, and repair commercial cooking and refrigeration equipment throughout the Central Valley including: Bakersfield, Kern County, Tulare, Ridgecrest, Tehachapi, Arvin, Delano, Maricopa, McFarland, Shafter, Taft, Wasco, and Fresno.

Do you handle refrigeration sales outside of the Central Valley?

Yes, we sell and install all kinds of refrigeration systems, commercial food equipment anywhere in California.

What brands do you sell and service?

We sell and service all major brands of cooking and refrigeration equipment.

Can you pick-up my equipment and repair it at your warehouse?

Yes, if your space is limited, our technicians can pick-up your equipment, repair it at our warehouse, and return it to your facility.

What happens if the new equipment we have ordered arrives before we are ready for installation?

United Refrigeration and Air Conditioning will gladly store your equipment at our warehouse until you are ready for delivery.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover, and American Express. We also accept purchase orders from customers with approved credit, cashier’s checks, money orders, and business checks. We also offer Financing and are set up for Pay-Pal.
